Job summary

Financial Additions is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Strategic Finance & Financial Modeling team. You will build sophisticated three-statement models, forecast cash flows, and provide actionable insights for executive leadership.

You will partner with operations and other functions to drive budgeting, variance analysis, and capital allocation decisions, delivering dashboards and reports that support strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling capabilities with three-statement modeling experience.
• Experience building 13-week cash flow forecasts and liquidity analysis.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive strategy.
• Understanding of financial statements, metrics, and cash flow drivers.
• Advanced Excel and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance integrated financial models (income, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Lead cash flow forecasting, liquidity analysis, and working capital trend review.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance evaluations.
• Assess capital investments with ROI and feasibility modeling.
• Prepare executive dashboards and reporting packages for leadership.
• Create scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform long-term planning.
• Collaborate with ops and functions to identify financial improvement opportunities.
• Leverage planning and BI platforms to improve forecast accuracy and reporting.
