Flow is seeking an Associate, Strategic Finance to drive financial planning, modeling, and strategic analysis. You will partner with leadership across the company to shape long-range plans, build scalable financial models, and craft compelling narratives for investors and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes autonomous work, AI-enabled decision making, and high-growth collaboration within Flow's diverse real estate and hospitality portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, strategic finance, or startups.
• Excellent financial modeling and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to take initiative, operate independently, and act like an owner.
• Fluency with AI tools and a genuine interest in applying them to finance and strategy work.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with business leaders on strategic finance, including long-range planning and strategic alternatives.
• Drive monthly reporting cadence — close actuals, budget-vs-actual, and rolling reforecast.
• Build and maintain financial models, unit economics, and business cases for key decisions.
• Support long-range planning, board presentations, and ad hoc analytical questions.
• Contribute to materials for equity and debt financings as needed.
• Leverage AI tools to improve models, dashboards, and reporting.
