Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Head of FP&A and Strategic Finance to lead global planning, reporting, and analytics. You will own the financial model, drive multi-year outlooks, and partner with the CFO and executives to influence strategic decisions.

The role requires building and scaling an FP&A team, delivering insights, and enhancing tools (ERP/BI) to improve visibility and performance. Equity participation is a key component of compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, forecasting and budget management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams and partnering with leaders across an organization.

Responsibilities

• Own financial model development and management for operating plan, forecasts, and multi-year plans.
• Build and scale the FP&A team as the business grows.
• Develop partnerships with leaders to inform decisions and drive performance.
• Create and automate financial reporting and KPI dashboards.
