Conexus, a high-growth manufacturing company, seeks a Strategic Finance Associate to own financial modeling, planning, and strategic analysis across FP&A, M&A, partnerships, and investor reporting.

The role targets professionals from investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance who want to scale with an operating company. Expect significant ownership and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance experience at a high-growth company.
• Experience with financial modeling, variance analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the integrated financial model, including three-statement modeling, budgeting, and rolling forecasts.
• Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis and prepare executive-ready reporting.
• Build customer and product-level pricing, unit economics, margin, and scenario models.
• Support M&A analysis, including DCF/LBO valuation, synergies, accretion/dilution, and integration tracking.
• Own the 3–5 year long-range financial plan.
• Support joint venture and strategic partnership analysis, including economic modeling and term sheet evaluation.
• Develop capital allocation frameworks and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Prepare Board materials, investor reporting, and ad hoc analyses.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, and Engineering on strategic initiatives and financial decision-making.
