Job summary

Conveo is seeking a Finance & Strategy Associate to work with founders on the numbers behind every major decision, combining hands-on financial operations with the strategic analyses that shape how Conveo scales through Series B and beyond. You will own the finance function, manage cash runway, build financial models, and coordinate reporting across US/UK/BE entities, while guiding hiring and growth.

The role starts finance-focused, with potential to broaden into strategic GTM work and reports

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, PE/VC, or a high-growth startup.
• Model mastery: three-statement modelling, scenario analysis, business cases, and ad-hoc models
• Strong analytical and communication skills — able to translate numbers into decisions for non-finance stakeholders
• Unmatched interest in high-growth startups
• Strong SaaS metrics understanding: ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, burn multiple
• Familiarity with accounting
• Ability to start in August, the earlier the better
• Willingness to work in UK or BE
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Be the operator and guardian of Conveo’s financials, working with founders and leadership on capital, revenue, and expenses.
• Build and maintain financial models, budgets, and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate A/R & A/P, compliance, and transfer pricing.
• Own investor and board reporting and support fundraising efforts.
• Design scalable financial systems, ERP, controls, and process improvements.
• Provide strategic analyses to inform hiring, pricing, and growth decisions.
