Job summary

Conexus, a cosmetics innovator, seeks a Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO and Board, driving strategic expansion, EBITDA growth, and operational transformation as the brand scales globally across retail, D2C, and specialty channels.

You will lead a 12+ person finance and operations team, oversee IR, capital allocation, M&A, and GAAP close, and align financial performance with growth storytelling, while managing risk, treasury, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Executive experience as CFO/VP of Finance in beauty/cosmetics/biotech/MedAesthetics.
• Experience supporting marketing & commercial finance, strategic transactions, or growth initiatives.
• Global entity experience with multi-currency reporting and cross-border expansions.
• Hands-on leadership with complex supply chains and co-manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO, C-suite, and Board to align strategy with financial execution for EBITDA growth.
• Own Investor Relations, including quarterly earnings calls and roadshows.
