Colliers International is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to drive financial performance and partner with business leaders across the organization. You will develop advanced financial models, manage P&L, and seek opportunities to optimize cash flow and costs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience in a large company, CRE experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or similar field
• Strong expertise in FP&A, cost management, and cash flow optimization
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across the organization
• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and analytics tools
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Looks to solve problems with potential solutions

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights guiding strategy
• Act as trusted advisor to business units aligning financial goals with objectives
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
• Work with market leaders to recruit and retain brokerage talent
• Provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency
• Drive initiatives to optimize working capital and reduce costs
• Monitor and report on FCF to improve liquidity
• Engage and manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Prepare and present financial reports and variance analyses
• Conduct cost analyses to identify savings opportunities
• Recommend strategies to improve margins and growth
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets
