Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking a highly strategic VP of FP&A to lead the global FP&A function, drive disciplined planning, and provide insights to accelerate profitable growth. You will partner with the CFO, Sales, Operations, and business leaders to translate strategy into actionable financial plans and robust five-year models.

The role requires 15+ years of finance leadership, PE-backed experience preferred, and strong capabilities in forecasting, financial modeling, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A, commercial or strategic finance leadership.
• Experience as a senior finance business partner to CEO/CFO/Board.
• Experience in private equity-backed or complex high-growth environments.
• Strong forecasting, revenue analytics, and financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience leading M&A due diligence, integration, and synergy tracking.
• Ability to develop and present executive-level financial insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide revenue forecasting across core business and strategic ventures.
• Oversee budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, and ongoing outlooks.
• Develop KPI frameworks aligning plans with sponsor- and Board reporting.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and productivity to identify improvements.
• Lead M&A due diligence, integration planning, and post-close synergy tracking.
• Partner with CFO and leaders to drive capital allocation and strategic investments.
