Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Analyst, Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A to help shape financial strategy and enhance FP&A capabilities. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will contribute to modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives with cross-functional collaboration across the company.

The role emphasizes partnering with CFO and senior leaders, delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual planning materials, and communicating financial insights to drive decision-making.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity/VC, or management consulting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and support strategic recommendations.
• A high degree of enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling: develop and maintain core financial models and cash flow forecasts.
• Strategic Projects: provide analysis on high-impact projects, including capital markets initiatives and fundraising.
• Reporting: create comprehensive reports and narratives for executives and the Board.
• Collaboration: work with FP&A and Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
• KPIs: track and refine key performance indicators and report progress toward goals.
