Job summary

iCapital, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Finance professional to join the Corporate Finance team. You will lead budgeting and forecasting, manage monthly and quarterly reporting, and develop analytics with senior leaders to improve decision making.

You will partner with FP&A, sales, and business leads, build financial models, support close activities, and drive process improvements. A background in FP&A or corporate finance within financial services is preferred, with advanced Excel/PowerPoint

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of FP&A, strategic or corporate finance experience.
• Familiar with private market investments preferred.
• Experience with ERP/BI tools like WorkDay Adaptive, Tableau, Essbase.
• Familiar with Oracle NetSuite and/or GL systems such as PeopleSoft, Axiom.
• Able to partner with sales and department leads on performance.
• Advanced degree and/or credentials (MBA/CPA/CFA) preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking.
• Detail oriented with big-picture thinking.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting of key financial metrics including revenue and expenses.
• Assist annual budget process with key KPIs and client-level detail.
• Develop analytics for Management Committee and business leads.
• Liaise with FP&A to develop KPIs, client analytics, budgets and forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and controls.
• Provide monthly variance analyses and insights on budget vs actual.
• Support monthly management and quarterly board reporting and consolidation.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects like software implementations and reporting automation.
