Job summary

Mattr is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and executive reporting. You will partner with the CFO and senior leaders to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and improve planning processes.

The role offers high visibility across the organization, exposure to strategic decisions, and a flexible hybrid work model balancing collaboration with autonomy. You will contribute to system enhancements like OneStream and DataFlows while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analysis with consolidated forecasting and budgeting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and financial planning systems (EPM).
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting across business groups and corporate functions.
• Coordinate inputs, validate assumptions, and consolidate results.
• Analyze revenue, margin, SG&A, working capital, and debt covenant trends.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly leadership presentations.
• Develop scenario analyses, ROI evaluations, and performance insights.
• Partner with leaders to improve planning, reporting, and systems.
