Job summary

ICapital is seeking a Strategic Finance professional to join the Corporate Finance team in New York. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, financial and managerial reporting, and KPI analytics to enhance decision making.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance, you will collaborate with FP&A, sales and department leads to deliver timely insights, strengthen internal controls, and support the financial close and board reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience in the financial services industry.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with planning and ERP tools (WorkDay Adaptive, Tableau, Essbase). Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite and/or General Ledger systems (PeopleSoft, Axiom).
• Ability to work with business leads on budgeting, forecasting and advanced analytics.
• Strong organizational planning, quantitative modeling, and problem-solving with strategic and creative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting of key financial performance indicators, with emphasis on revenue, expenses, sales activity, and select GAAP/Non-GAAP metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budget processes with revenue, expenses and client-level detail.
• Develop analytics and KPIs for the Management Committee and business leads.
• Liaise with FP&A and sales to develop monthly analyses and insights into variances between budget and actual results.
• Contribute to monthly management and quarterly board reporting packages and KPI consolidation.
