Job summary

PointClickCare is hiring a Marketing Data Analytics Engineer to build the data backbone for marketing analytics and pipeline reporting. You will work across Salesforce, Marketo, and the data warehouse, increasingly leveraging AI-assisted analytics tools to streamline how campaign performance data is captured, connected, and reported.

You will partner with Marketing Analytics, Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations to automate recurring reporting, ensure data quality, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, CS, Data Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Strong SQL skills with joins, aggregations and window functions.
• Python or similar for scripting/ETL.
• Understanding CRM/marketing data structures (Leads, Contacts, Campaigns).
• Analytical, detail-oriented with bias toward automation.
• Curious, eager to learn new tools and business context.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines between Salesforce, Marketo, and data warehouse.
• Automate recurring campaign reporting and optimize SQL for reusable datasets.
• Improve campaign attribution and data quality across systems.
• Apply AI-assisted analytics tools to accelerate data exploration and production reporting.
• Document data models and processes for self-serve marketing metrics.
