PointClickCare is hiring a Marketing Data Analytics Engineer to build and maintain the data infrastructure for marketing analytics and pipeline reporting. This hands-on, backend role works across Salesforce, Marketo, and a data warehouse, leveraging AI-assisted analytics tools to streamline data capture, connection, and reporting for leadership.

The role partners with Marketing Analytics, Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations to automate recurring reporting and ensure trustworthy data

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of applicable experience.
• Strong SQL skills with joins, aggregations, and window functions.
• Knowledge of Python for scripting/ETL.
• Understanding CRM/marketing data structures (leads, contacts, accounts, campaigns, opportunities).
• Analytical, detail-oriented, with bias toward automation.
• Curious and eager to learn new tools and business context.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines connecting Salesforce, Marketo, and data warehouse.
• Automate recurring campaign reporting and optimize SQL for datasets and dashboards.
• Strengthen campaign attribution logic and monitor data quality across systems.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate data exploration and reporting while ensuring accuracy.
• Document data models and processes for self-serve metrics.
