Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Analytics Manager to partner with Finance and other leaders, driving end-to-end analytics initiatives that translate requirements into actionable insights and measurable ROI.

The role spans business, analytics, engineering, and governance, leading data transformation, KPI standardization, and modern reporting using Power BI and related tools. You will mentor analysts and influence cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, and IT.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or finance analytics.
• Experience partnering directly with Finance teams (FP&A, Accounting, or Operations Finance).
• Strong ability to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
• Experience working with enterprise reporting tools (Power BI strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytics partner to Finance leadership (FP&A, Accounting, Operations Finance).
• Lead discovery, prioritization, and execution of analytics initiatives aligned to business outcomes.
• Define what needs to be built and why—own solution design at a conceptual level.
• Drive alignment between business expectations and technical feasibility.
• Mentor analysts and build a culture of proactive analytics.
