Crow Holdings Development in Dallas seeks a Director of Financial Strategy & Analytics to lead the design of the financial planning and analytics framework. You will partner with Accounting, Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Development teams to deliver trusted data, dashboards, and governance across the portfolio.

The role emphasizes AI-driven insights, scalable reporting, and strategic decision support, requiring strong finance acumen and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• 10+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, real estate finance, or business analytics.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate development, investment, asset management, and capital markets.
• Experience with BI tools, ERPs, data platforms, automation, and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and establish the Financial Strategy operating model, including planning processes, reporting cadence, analytics, tools, and governance.
• Create a clear and consistent framework for sharing key financial and operational data.
• Leverage technology, automation, and practical process improvements to design, implement, and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand trends, risks, opportunities, and priorities across the portfolio and development pipeline.
• Establish shared standards for reporting definitions, data quality, and workflows to improve consistency and trust.
• Translate financial and operating analysis into clear information for decision making.
• Partner with internal leaders to connect performance with strategic priorities.
• Implement AI while coordinating with internal and external parties to build capability over time.
• Move organization toward scalable, decision-ready data practices.
• Build trust with stakeholders through analytical rigor and practical judgment.
