Job summary

TheKey Holdings, LLC is seeking a Director of FP&A to serve as a strategic architect and financial heartbeat for the business in Texas. You will translate goals into data-driven plans, lead budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting, and act as a trusted advisor driving rigorous investment decisions and cross-functional accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 10–15 years in finance with FP&A leadership experience.
• MBA or CPA preferred; private equity exposure a plus.
• Experience in healthcare services or multi-site environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for the assigned area.
• Lead investment evaluation and prioritization for capital spend.
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive their resolution.
• Partner on liquidity forecasting, cash-flow planning, and covenant compliance.
• Define KPIs and reporting structures; manage EBITDA expansion tracking.
• Partner with business leaders to drive accountability and informed decisions.
• Own board and sponsor reporting and ensure data integrity for audits.
• Implement finance tools, automation, and process improvements.
• Develop managers and analysts to raise analytical rigor and communication.
• Own planning infrastructure, data governance, and systems supporting scalable planning.
• Drive cross-functional execution to hit financial targets.
• Lead AI-enabled planning, reporting, and analytics adoption with responsible use.
