Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting & Analysis for a top medical client in Dallas. This hands-on leader will oversee external reporting, technical accounting, and management reporting while building the infrastructure and controls needed for growth.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in accounting and finance, CPA preferred, Big Four experience, and strong communication skills to partner with executives and auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 8-12+ years of progressive accounting and financial-reporting experience.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Big Four or national accounting-firm experience.
• SOX 404 and internal-controls experience.
• Experience with Workiva and ERP/financial-consolidation systems.
• Experience working directly with external auditors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee external reporting and technical accounting.
• Lead management reporting and financial analysis.
• Build reporting infrastructure, controls, and analytics.
• Partner across the organization and communicate with executive leadership.
• Support Audit Committee and Board reporting.
