Partner with commercial, operational, and corporate stakeholders to support growth initiatives, process improvements, and governance. This role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Native Dutch and fluent English.
• Extensive experience in finance leadership, business controlling, or CFO/Finance Director roles.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP environments.
• Experience in international or matrix organizations.
