Job summary

Perennials and Sutherland, LLC seeks a Senior Director of Finance and Analysis to lead financial planning, analysis, treasury and reporting. Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with peers to drive revenue and margin growth, cost reductions and operational efficiency.

You will mentor a small finance team, manage budgeting, forecasting and audits, and ensure adherence to GAAP. This role is based in Dallas and requires extensive manufacturing and costing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• 10+ years of experience, with private equity experience ideal.
• Manufacturing experience required (strong inventory and costing background preferred).
• CPA preferred.
• Strong Excel and modeling skills as well as data management experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead the finance team (2 direct reports) in controllership, inventory management, costing, financial planning & analysis as well as oversight of international finance controllers.
• Identify, maintain and track KPIs and update relevant dashboards and reporting tools to enable data-driven decisions by leaders and senior management.
• Partner with operations to evaluate costs, productivity, inventory and develop effective and timely cost reporting and variance analyses.
• Lead the annual budget and financial planning process to ensure partnership between finance team and functional business leaders.
• Support monthly closing and summarize financial results and expectations for senior management and compliance reporting.
