Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years FP&A experience in a multi-entity organization.
Director-level or senior FP&A leadership with ownership of key deliverables.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning across the organization.
Own the integrated three-statement financial model (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
Improve indirect cash flow forecasting, working capital projections, and liquidity visibility.
Consolidate results across multiple legal entities, currencies, and ERP platforms.
Present financial analysis to executive leadership and lenders; drive actionable recommendations.
