ABB is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Auburn Hills, MI to provide financial and analytical support to the Connected Care and Automotive organization within ABB Robotics. You will forecast, analyze, and report performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support management with data-driven recommendations.

The role requires 8+ years in finance/accounting, a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, and SAP plus Microsoft Office prowess.

Formación

• 8+ years of work experience in finance or accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or controlling.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Demonstrated leadership through influence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience using SAP for project controlling tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and planning for Connected Care.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial analyses for decision-making.
• Analyze results vs forecast, budget, and prior periods; provide variance explanations.
• Maintain management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Consolidate financial and operational data from multiple sources for reporting.
• Support month-end and quarter-end reporting with analyses and reconciliations.
• Support internal control activities within the framework and remediation actions.
• Prepare materials for business reviews, including executive summaries.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and communicate findings.
• Support business cases, service initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
• Participate in data quality and process-improvement initiatives.
