Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (technical) with 8+ years in customer support, maintenance, project management and technical support, or a high school diploma with 10+ years in those areas.
• Experience leading field service teams and driving service improvements.
• Familiarity with SAP/Concur/Workday and robotics-related software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field service activities with full accountability.
• Develop and review field service strategies across designated areas.
• Drive continuous improvement and monitor KPIs to ensure first-time-right execution.
• Ensure customer retention through superior service and proactive escalation management.
