Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and business performance management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SAP and Power BI, plus financial analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast and proposes improvement actions.
• Analyzes drivers of financial performance and identifies trends via modeling and variance analysis.
• Supports preparation of financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Validates accuracy of financial data and reports through reconciliations and exception review.
• Provides information to management by gathering data, preparing reports, and presenting findings and recommendations.
• Develops automated solutions to improve productivity and reduce duplications.
• Ensures processes and controls comply with internal policies and regulations.
• Maintains audit trails and documentation for audits and reviews.
• Participates in risk reviews and maintains proper authorization controls and governance.
