Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial or accounting roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or controlling.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines; strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated leadership through influence and collaboration across functions.
• Experience working with SAP for project controlling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and planning activities.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial analyses to support management decisions.
• Analyze actual results against forecast, budget, and prior periods with variance explanations.
• Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Support month-end and quarter-end reporting, including reconciliations and material preparation.
• Contribute to internal control activities and remediation efforts.
• Prepare financial content for business reviews and executive summaries.
