You will forge strong client relationships, act as a strategic partner, and use advanced sourcing techniques to identify top candidates and deliver exceptional matches.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business-to-business sales and recruiting experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• History of exceeding personal goals while working in a team
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Demonstrated track record of effective candidate generation strategies
• Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent experience in the staffing industry is advantageous
• Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

Responsibilities

• Forge strong relationships with new and existing clients to gain in-depth insights into their unique hiring needs within the dynamic finance and accounting industry.
• Act as a strategic partner, offering tailored solutions and showcasing the value of Randstad's Professional Talent Solutions.
• Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, driving the expansion of our client portfolio.
• Showcase the depth and breadth of our services, positioning Randstad as the go-to partner for top-tier talent in the finance and accounting sector.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify, attract, and engage top talent in the finance and accounting field.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure a precise match between candidate skills and client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their challenges and provide innovative, strategic solutions.
• Proactively address potential issues, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding client expectations and contributing to their ongoing success.
