Responsibilities

• Sales & Distribution Execution: Secure and optimize playdates across markets to maximize exposure and revenue.
• Negotiate film terms, screen placement, and holdovers with exhibitors.
• Maintain proactive communication with exhibitors to adjust strategies and optimize box office performance.
• Influence release positioning and competitive strategy within assigned markets.
• Performance & Analytics: Leverage box office data, trends, and competitive analysis to inform booking decisions and market strategy.
• Track performance metrics including grosses, playdates, and holdovers.
• Compile exhibitor feedback and market insights to support distribution strategy.
• Ensure accurate booking, scheduling, and system updates.
• Partner with internal teams including marketing, finance, and distribution.
• Support reporting, forecasting, and territory planning.
