Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Coordinator III Service Dispatch to schedule and dispatch field service managers to fulfill customer requests such as equipment start-up, field installation, repairs, calibration and preventive maintenance. Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling and dispatching.
• Good computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
• Knowledge of ServiceMax and/or Salesforce a plus.
• Customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch field service managers to locations according to customer requests.
• Confer with customers and field service management to confirm appointments.
• Prepare field daily work and run schedules.
• Receive or prepare work orders/service requests.
• Resolve any transaction issues related to dispatched service requests.
• Determine resources required per work order specifications.
• Order supplies and equipment for personnel.
• Maximize routing efficiency for field jobs.
• Oversee communications within assigned territories.
• Communicate with customers, staff and management.
• Work with multiple locations and prioritize actions daily.
