Job summary

You will schedule on-site service appointments by phone and email, coordinate technician calendars, and enter contracts, orders, and service data into SAP and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B customer service, dispatching, or service coordination experience.
• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and managing communication through email
• Ability to multitask across multiple software programs and work efficiently with dual monitors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule on-site service appointments with customers via phone and email
• Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch service calls
• Enter contracts, orders, and service information into SAP and CRM systems
