REIC Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across the NW Wisconsin Territory, engaging new opportunities and building lasting client partnerships. You will align with sales, marketing, and product teams to design growth initiatives and close strategic deals.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in sales/business development in equipment rental or related industries, with strong negotiation and CRM skills.

Qualifications

5–10+ years in sales or business development in equipment rental or related industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with forecasting, pricing, and financial modeling.
Proficient with CRM, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage new project opportunities through research, outreach, and conferences.
Build lasting partnerships with clients to unlock long-term value.
Drive strategy with growth-aligned initiatives.
