Job summary

REIC Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the Flathead Valley. You will identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand our general heavy equipment and temporary heating & air rental business.

In this field-based, individual contributor role, you will lead negotiations, design value-driven proposals, and collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to optimize outcomes. Travel statewide and nationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new project opportunities through research and outreach.
• Build partnerships with new and existing clients to unlock long-term value.
• Drive strategy with business development initiatives aligned to growth goals.
• Lead negotiations with pricing proposals and contracts.
• Analyze project performance with finance and operations to optimize outcomes.
• Support marketing to amplify product visibility and customer engagement.
• Represent REIC at trade shows and industry events.
• Enable sales by coordinating product demos and customer training.
