REIC Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the NW Wisconsin Territory, driving growth with strategic partnerships, new project opportunities, and customer engagements.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams, negotiate pricing, and deliver product demos and onboarding, with a competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-10 yrs+ proven sales/business development experience in equipment rental or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with forecasting, pricing, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

• Represent REIC: Attend trade shows and industry events to keep a pulse on market trends and build brand presence.
• Enable Sales: Partner with internal teams to deliver product demos, customer training, and smooth onboarding experiences.

• 5-10 yrs + Proven success in sales or business development roles, with a focus on strategic growth and customer engagement in the equipment rental or related industries (construction, oil & gas, industrial or ag equipment manufacturing, etc.).

• Strong analytical abilities with experience in forecasting, pricing, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
