Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Key Account Executive to join our Virginia territory, covering Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas and surrounding areas. You will educate clients, upsell services, and coordinate with operations to meet client needs while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires 3+ years in outside account management or sales, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and willingness to travel. Salesforce proficiency and a valid driver’s license are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years outside account management or sales experience.
• Diagnostics, medical or laboratory sales experience beneficial.
• Salesforce experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Educate, instruct, and upsell accounts in assigned territory.
• Liaise between client and Labcorp operations for client needs.
• Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customers.
• Ensure customer retention with superior service.
• Upsell current book of business to drive growth.
• Work with senior sales reps to grow the book of business.
• Provide educational material to clients and resolve issues.
• Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals.
