Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Field Relationship Manager to grow and retain a portfolio of Chase Merchant Services client relationships within the Middle Market.

You will partner with the bank coverage team and JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services to meet profitability goals through strategic client management and expansion opportunities. You will serve as the primary client contact, drive cross-sell initiatives, and deliver quarterly reviews with financial analysis to support proposals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic relationship management or related tech/business role.
• Experience growing Fortune 500 client relationships.
• Comfort with C-suite client stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across multi-faceted financial institutions.
• Willingness to travel 25%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a portfolio of JPMorgan Chase Merchant Services client relationships.
• Partner with the bank coverage team to meet profitability goals and coordinate cross-sell opportunities.
• Serve as the principal client contact and liaison for Merchant Services.
• Implement client strategy and coordinate cross-sell opportunities with Treasury Services.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews and financial analyses to support proposals.
• Represent JPMorgan Chase at external industry conferences to boost market visibility.
