Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/health care experience.
• Prior sales planning experience with responsibilities aligned to this role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial leadership to align on long-range strategic plans for Oncology brands.
• Refine and improve Account and HCP targeting approaches with FPAT and MABI leadership.
• Lead the development of cycle-based call panels aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
• Manage cycle-based field alignments and footprint optimization.
• Collaborate with FPAT, Marketing, Sales, and MABI to generate timely insights.
• Represent SME to ensure cycle planning runs smoothly and efficiently.
