AbbVie invites applications for Associate Director, Field Planning, Oncology. This role leads call planning, territory sizing, and alignment to enable oncology brands’ strategies and field effectiveness.

You will partner with FPAT and MABI, drive analytics, and guide a small team to deploy resources nationally. Strong leadership and communication are essential for cross-functional success.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years pharmaceutical/health care experience.
• Prior sales planning experience with responsibilities aligned to this role.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning with commercial leadership to align long-range plans for Oncology brands.
• Targeting and analysis to improve account and HCP targeting based on market needs.
• Lead cycle-based call planning aligned with FPAT and MABI partners.
• Manage field sizing and alignment to balance workload across the country.
• Generate ad-hoc analytics and transform into standardized reporting.
• Provide leadership to ensure cross-functional cycle planning runs smoothly.
• Lead and coach 1 direct report in Oncology franchises.
• Develop team through actionable goals and feedback.
