Job summary

RTX Communications seeks a Manager, Employee Engagement Communications to lead strategic employee communications for multiple Collins SBUs. The role requires a strong writer and strategist who can develop, run, and evaluate integrated campaigns aligned to product and employee initiatives.

You will partner with global leads to deliver campaign messaging, manage event coordination, and create content across newsletters, briefs, and intranet stories. Hybrid/remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or related field with 8+ years of experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and social communication skills.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Agility and adaptability to changes in direction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic communications partner across the SBU Employee Engagement Communications Lead.
• Lead employee communications planning and execution for three Collins SBUs.
• Draft routine communications such as town hall invites and leadership messages.
• Manage newsletter strategy and content calendar for assigned SBUs.
• Oversee internal storytelling for the company intranet and coordinate publication.
• Develop communications plans tied to major initiatives and campaigns with measurable metrics.
• Support executive communications strategy for SBU presidents, including leader prep and events.
• Lead employee communications components of integrated campaigns for assigned SBUs.
