Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in HRBP, employee or labor relations, or field HR.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR consultation to leaders across the Americas.
• Advise on employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Support workforce planning, policy interpretation and organizational changes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Benefits, and HRIS.
