Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across the United States and LATAM. The role is onsite five days a week at our Midtown Atlanta headquarters, focusing on diverse, high-volume hiring and strategic partnerships with hiring managers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven recruiting track record, strong knowledge of U.S. labor markets, and excellent communication skills to deliver a superior candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week (Mon–Fri) at Midtown Atlanta.
• Proven success recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor markets and employment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience sourcing passive and active candidates via multiple channels.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting technologies.
• Organized with strong project management skills.
• Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments for qualifications and fit.
• Provide market insights and recruiting guidance to managers.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
