Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in strategic business development or marketing.
• Knowledge of agency dynamics and underwriting basics.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% to visit agents/brokers.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic marketing plans considering agency strengths and market conditions.
• Identifies and secures profitable new business opportunities in target markets.
• Cultivates relationships with key agencies to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Educates agencies on product features, market placement, and selling techniques.
