Job summary

Veritext is seeking an Account Executive (Mountain Region) to maintain and grow relationships with law firms and attorneys. You will drive revenue by managing a robust sales funnel and delivering customized presentations to diverse clients in the Mountain region.

You will lead consultative discussions, close deals, and continually develop strategic plans while aligning with Veritext values and goals. A strong track record in sales and client service is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in sales; demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem solving in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented, organized and able to multitask.
• Proactive and motivated with strong problem solving and follow-up skills.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate market trends and proactively prepare for changes.
• Proactively manage sales funnel with viable opportunities and develop plans for prospecting and market penetration; obtain new business from existing accounts.
• Maintain a consistent field presence with in-person client visits at least 3 days per week to build relationships and drive sales.
• Deliver effective, high quality presentations tailored to the audience.
• Understand buying/selling processes and recognize non-verbal buying signals.
• Prepare for meetings with objectives and desired outcomes.
• Hold consultative sales meetings; align client needs with service/product solutions.
• Differentiate Veritext from competitors with market knowledge.
