Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a qualified professional to manage subcontract policies and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and other regulations. The role involves reviewing proposals, overseeing subcontract awards, and monitoring performance to align with government requirements and company directives.

Responsibilities include data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and coordinating with project managers, procurement, and finance to support Maximus objectives in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS, NDA, TA best practices, CPSR compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP and CLM systems, data analytics, reporting or tool development preferred.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and collaborate across teams.
• Experience with Federal Civilian and/or DoD programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontract data and ensure compliance with regulations and Maxi mus policies.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals based on pricing, capabilities, and performance history.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance to align subcontracting strategies with project goals.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and address disputes or discrepancies.
• Lead negotiations and administer teaming agreements and NDAs with subcontractors.
