Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 7+ years of experience or equivalent
• Strong experience managing subcontracts under Prime contracts including Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price, and Time & Material
• Experience in FAR/DFARS, NDA, TA best practices, and CPSR compliance
• ERP and CLM systems proficiency, plus data analytics/reporting
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with minimal oversight
• Experience supporting Federal Civilian and/or DoD programs
• Significant CPSR policy experience, audits, and documentation
• Cross-functional experience in operations or business development preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and decide timely
• Handling complex subcontract negotiations and disputes independently
• Experience working across all organizational levels

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer subcontract awards, task orders and modifications per government regulations and Maximus policies
• Monitor subcontractor performance and address disputes and issues
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals based on price, capabilities, compliance and history
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance to align strategies with project goals
• Represent the company with subcontractors, suppliers, and government representatives
• Provide knowledge-sharing and training support to teammates
