Job summary

MAXIMUS seeks a CONTRACT/PROCUREMENT professional to manage subcontract data and awards within a matrixed organization. You will review proposals, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, and coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance to align strategies and performance.

You will lead negotiations, monitor performance, and provide SME support across operations and business development in a federal contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 7+ years of experience.
• Strong experience managing subcontracts under Prime contracts (Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price, T&M).
• Experience with FAR/DFARS, NDA, TA and CPSR compliance.
• Proficiency with ERP and CLM data analytics and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and maintain subcontract data and historical documentation.
• Identify and resolve complex subcontract issues independently with stakeholders.
• Prepare and administer subcontract awards, task orders, and modifications per government regulations and Maximus policies.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and address disputes and performance issues.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals based on pricing, capabilities, compliance, and history.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance to align strategies.
