Job summary

Maximus is seeking a subcontract professional to manage government contracts and subcontracts in a matrixed environment. You will ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, CPSR, and NDA requirements and oversee awards, task orders, and modifications while coordinating with project teams and government representatives.

You will analyze proposals, monitor performance, and resolve complex subcontract issues, driving alignment with project objectives and company policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 7+ years of experience.
• Experience managing subcontracts under Prime contracts including Cost Reimbursable, FP, and T&M.
• Proficiency with FAR/DFARS, NDA, TA best practices, CPSR compliance.
• Experience with ERP/CLM systems and performing data analytics or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and maintain subcontract data and historical documentation.
• Identify and resolve complex subcontract issues independently, engaging stakeholders as needed.
• Prepare and administer subcontract awards, task orders and modifications in line with government regulations and Maximus policies.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, addressing disputes and performance issues.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals based on pricing, capabilities, compliance, and performance history.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance to align subcontracting strategies with project objectives.
• Represent the company with subcontractors, suppliers, and government representatives to support business goals.
• Work with teams to align subcontracting strategies with overall project objectives.
• Serve as a knowledge resource for trainings and skill-building.
