Job summary

Connection, in the Washington DC metro area, seeks a Senior Solution Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across federal accounts by selling advanced IT solutions including server, storage, networking, cloud, virtualization, and cybersecurity services.

The role requires strategic account planning, executive-level engagement, and the ability to manage multi-vendor proposals while expanding key relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Federal customers and understanding FedRAMP, CMMC, NDAA & Supply Chain Security, and TAA compliance.
• Advanced technical knowledge of IT and OEM vendors.
• Knowledgeable on datacenter tech including networking, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, and services offerings.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue targets by executing strategic account plans.
• Engage with executives and establish trusted advisor relationships with clients and partners.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements across multiple vendor offerings.
• Deliver value propositions, quarterly business reviews, and updates on new offerings.
