Job summary

Arlo Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support HHS/OMAS Front Office. The role leads enterprise projects, strategic initiatives, operational reporting, and executive coordination to translate leadership priorities into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• At least eight (8) years of technical experience.
• At least four (4) years of project management experience in ERP environments.
• Active PMP certification.
• Experience with federal laws, regulations, procedures, and PM best practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-organizational projects, initiatives, and leadership priorities from planning through execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Identify issues, resolve roadblocks, and drive actions to completion.
• Coordinate collection, validation, consolidation, and analysis of organizational data.
• Manage weekly reports, OKRs, risk registers, and performance metrics.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support executive decisions.
• Coordinate executive engagements and prepare briefings and materials.
• Maintain leadership action trackers and ensure follow-ups are documented and completed.
• Translate leadership direction into actionable workstreams and monitor progress.
