Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent work experience.
• 4 years of management consulting or strategy consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of federal HR principles and processes.
• Outstanding written communication across reports, memos, briefings and presentations.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high‑quality products.
• Ability to collaborate across large teams and engage stakeholders.
• Ability to assess training needs, interpret business requirements, and structure content logically.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate training needs, prepare content inputs, and support UAT.
• Develop content outlines and quality reviews with instructional teams.
• Support development across modalities (ILT, CBT, job aids, guides).
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to validate requirements and expectations.
• Review training products for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with quality parameters.
• Engage with external stakeholders to refine training content inputs and needs.
