VAST Data is seeking a Sales Executive - Federal Cloud to drive growth across the U.S. Federal market.

You will own the sales motion around Federal agencies adopting cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures, navigating procurement cycles, and coordinating with cloud providers, partners, and the broader Federal ecosystem to close strategic opportunities. As a hunter, you will build pipeline, develop executive sponsorship, and lead complex sales cycles from discovery to close, partnering with Systems

Qualifications

• Proven success selling complex infrastructure, cloud, data, AI, or enterprise tech to the U.S. Federal Government.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market strategy for Federal cloud, building pipeline and closing net-new opportunities across U.S. Federal agencies.
• Develop relationships with senior government, technology, data, infrastructure, and AI leaders across targeted Federal accounts.
• Build and execute strategic account plans focused on agencies undergoing cloud, data modernization, HPC, and AI transformation.
• Lead sophisticated enterprise sales cycles from discovery through validation, procurement, and close.
