Job summary

Remote Jobs is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead and support the federal acquisition lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with program offices to develop pre-award artifacts, perform market research, and manage post-award activities with a focus on compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities include procurement planning, SOW development, negotiations, and contract closeout, leveraging strong Excel skills and experience with PRISM/FFMS.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree plus 10 years of experience (implied by role)
• FAC-C II or III certification highly desirable
• In-depth knowledge of FAR and agency regulations
• Experience developing task lines in PWS/SOW
• Experience with PRISM, FFMS, APFS, G-Invoicing
• Ability to elicit requirements from subject matter experts
• Experience with Grants/Cooperative Agreements desirable
• Advanced Excel for IGCE and cost estimates
• Proficient in MS Office including Teams, Word, Excel
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and conduct all phases of procurement projects
• Support full acquisition lifecycle aligned with agency priorities
• Develop pre-award artifacts like acquisition plans, SOW, market research docs
• Create and troubleshoot IGCE in Excel
• Support Acquisition Strategy and market research
• Post-award administration support including invoices and deliverables
• Assist with negotiations and contract modifications
• Conduct contract closeout activities
• Prepare award briefings and compliance reviews
• Lead or peer-review procurement work as needed
